Overview

There is no time constraint on refunds, except for supplements, which must not be past expiration.

Due to the pay-what-you-want visit fee format, if you are unsatisfied with the service you have received, you will be issued a full refund, unless directly billed to insurance.

Laboratory tests that have not been completed (no sample collected/submitted), are eligible for refund, including interpretation and lab fees.

Capsules, tablets, and dry herbs sold by the clinic are eligible for a refund, even if opened. Supplements purchased through the Fullscript online dispensary are subject to Fullscript’s refund terms.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift certificates
  • Tinctures, salves, and other liquid goods
  • Laboratory tests that have already been collected or had a sample submitted
  • Downloadable products, such as courses
  • Visits directly billed to insurance

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • If some laboratory tests were completed, the collection fee is non-refundable

Refunds

Once your return request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will be provided with a refund receipt.


Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund after 1 week, please email us at contact@georginanaturopathic.ca.


Exchanges

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Laboratory tests can be exchanged for tests of the same value if they have not been completed (no sample collected or submitted).


Shipping returns

To return your product, please deliver or mail your product to 53 Edith Street, Jackson’s Point, ON, L0E 1L0.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
